We had a lovely stay with a spacious room that included a surprise plate of macaroons on arrival, which my kids devoured! We relaxed in the sauna and enjoyed the cozy lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, check-in can only happen after 3 PM, so plan accordingly for your arrival.

I liked the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and Invalides' Dome. The area was extremely quiet (residential area).
The hotel staff's behaviour was extremelly offensive, not to mention that they charged our card 2 times without telling us. They refunded the amount after we asked them and that after 5 days. They indeed showed a smilling face whenever we approached them asking for the refund, but it was only for show.

The receptionists were all very nice. The location was excellent, very quiet, not far from the Eiffel Tower, Invalides and Montparnasse. Computer with high-speed internet available (10 min for 1 euro). Room size OK for the price, I've stayed in a lot smaller rooms in Europe. Big bath towels.
Elevator was out of order the entire time (6 nights). We were on the 6th floor, and they did offer to move us lower after the 1st night when they were fully booked.

This hotel was just a strong match for a weekend pause in Paris with all in all great value for money. The honesty bar was a nice, relaxing area to unwind after a day of exploring. Consider packing light since there's no fridge in the room.

Location of the hotel.
The view from the window to the construction site. Monotonous breakfast.

Very quiet location
Remote location, nothing around for blocks -looks like dead part of town.

100% recommend for a weekend rest

We loved everything! The staff was truly kind and helpful. They answered all our questions, helped us with directions to locations, and were very gracious and positive. Our room was perfect! We had a corner room with a balcony. It was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Clean towels were furnished every day, and the hotel was very quiet. This was our first trip to Paris, and staying at the Tryp De Saxe made it outstanding. We loved seeing the Eiffel Tower every day as we began our walk around the city. If we ever go back to Paris, we will definitely stay at the Tryp De Saxe.
On Sunday, I noticed our towels were damp when we got back to the hotel. However, this problem was quickly resolved, and our towels were fine the rest of the trip. Otherwise, everything truly was perfect.

We liked very much the location -first of all - then the services: room cleanliness, amenities, kindness of the staff

Nothing. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The carpeting was worn, furniture ols and worn Room smelled musty. Bare essentials at best. I was traveling with two children. The air conditioning unit was directly above the top bunk. My daughters could not sleep here for fear of hitting her head. We all slept on our clothes. My kids asked if we could sleep in chairs at the air port instead of staying here! We were extremely disappointed. We found out our room was on the sixth floor and the elevator only went to the 5th floor. We had alot of luggage as we had just completed a Mediterranean cruise. I was going to call you company before I received this E-mail to complain. O think the rating given on your web site was completely over rated. I was horrified by our room.the cab driver could not even find it. I would say it was located on an alley, not a street. I could go on and on about our disappointment. Thank you, Laura O'Rourke

Lovely location for visiting bars and cafes. Only a short distance to a war memorial. Overall savoury breakfast with cheeses and a great view, for instance and marvellous service.

The breakfast served in buffer style is good.
The bath doesn't equip show curtain, so it's not easy to use.

The staff in the lobby was totally useless. We had a reservation for two rooms for two people and we got there we told we lsot the rooms and had to share a ridiculous family type of two bedroom suite. We wanted to order taxis for the morning to the airport and were told that you cannot make resedrvations in the evening but need to make in the morning but in the morning we were tol;d there there were no taxis available and we shuodl go out on the street and wait till we find out, ie - horrible service. After this story can imagine that I would not recommend this to anybody
